Your milk is designed by your body, just as perfectly as your baby was made by your body. No milk from another species can ever be better for your baby. Drink cow’s milk or other milks if you like, but it is never needed. It’s a choice.

Trauma can happen during birth. And trauma can have big effects on breastfeeding. The only one who can decide if your birth was traumatic is you.
